Cathy began working for Fullness of Truth in November, 2022. She was excited to join this team and organization that intersects her love of the Catholic Church, Meetings, Business, and Education.

Cathy is an Aggie and earned her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification several years ago. She has a background in Hotel & Convention Sales as a small business owner, and enjoyed her time as a recent employee of Texas A&M University.

Cathy and her husband have been married over 25 years. They have three lovely children – an Aggie grad that is a Physician Assistant in Houston, a UT Computer Science grad that works in New York, and a current Aggie undergrad student. The Noltes also have a crazy vizsla in their household. Cathy enjoys volunteering with her home parish St. Ignatius of Loyola, traveling, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
