Father Victor Perez is Pastor of both St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Stephen Catholic Church in Houston.

Fr. Victor Perez grew up in Katy, TX. He majored in business at the University of Texas at Austin and studied abroad in Seville, Spain. After visiting both Fatima and Lourdes and experiencing the profound mercy of God in his life, he felt a strong call to discern the priesthood.  After discerning religious life and eight years of the diocesan seminary for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, he was ordained in 2011.

Fr. Victor Perez first assignment was at St. Cecilia, Houston, TX, where he started a vocation ministry with Rhonda Gruenewald with much fruitful success for vocations. He served for three years as Pastor of Most Holy Trinity in Angleton, TX, and in June of 2019, he was made Pastor of St. Joseph and St. Stephen Churches in Houston, TX.
