Paul is currently Chairman of Laudadio Polymers, Inc., a plastics distributing, brokering and recycling firm, as well as Chairman of Lion Polymers, Inc., a plastics compounder and distributor. Additionally, he is owner, President & Chairman of LPI International, Inc. After having begun his career in the plastics and chemical business in 1975 with Gulf Oil Chemical Co. (now Chevron-Phillips), he started his own businesses in 1996. With B.A.'s from St. Thomas University (Philosophy) and the University of Maryland (Business), Paul also holds an MBA from S.W. Texas State University (Marketing). He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and has been involved with many community activities, both private and public, including the Corpus Christi Executives; President of Sales and Marketing of Corpus Christi; Serra Club of Corpus Christi; Corpus Christi Right to Life; Board Member of Incarnate Word Academy, Our Lady of Corpus Christi, and Fullness of Truth Catholic Evangelization Ministry.

As a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Paul conducted the guitar Mass program for the youth and Parish, and chaired the 25th Parish Anniversary celebration. Paul has been involved with Fullness of Truth and served on the Board since 2004, and is committed to answering the call of late Saint Pope John Paul II for the laity to participate more fully in evangelization.
